When I have BTT enabled and I do command+tab the selector flies down the list to a random spot and does not go icon by icon as it normally does when BTT is turned off. I do have Key Repeat set to fastest in the Mac keyboard settings and Delay Unit Repeat set in the middle towards the Short side.
