Cmd+[Shift+]Arrow not working in Alfred overlay with Excel

Device: Lenovo TrackPoint Keyboard II & internal Keyboard

I have the following hotkeys configured for MS Excel:
Command+Left
Command+Right
Command+Shift+Left
Command+Shift+Right

Issue:
When I open the Alfred search window on top of Excel, those same hotkeys don’t behave as they should in Alfred by default, even though I explicitly set the Excel hotkeys not to trigger when the Alfred window is active

Device information:
Type of Mac: mbp 14 m4 pro
macOS version: 15.6.1 (24G90)
BetterTouchTool version: 5.468
exported_triggers.bttpreset (11.8 KB)

alfred is never truly active ( I think there is an option in its settings to change that). You can see that because the excel window buttons are still colored. This means for BTT excel is still the active app.

You might be able to workaround this by using advanced trigger conditions or a conditional activation group.

I've tried advanced conditions and had no success - it works fine while I configuring it (see screenshot), but not working when I actually use Alfred on top of Excel(
Will check if Alfred has such option

Alfred's option:
