CMD (⌘)+Click Action No Longer Seems to Work with Tahoe

Previously configured triggers that use the “CMD (⌘)+Click” Action fail and no longer work. Any known work-around?

The issue happens on all machines. My scenario: 2-finger force click on a link in Safari to trigger CMD (⌘)+Click action.
