Clipboard Manager not opening in Catalina

The clipboard manager is not opening when trigger by keyboard shortcut.
Also, when open the Configuration window, the clipboard manager shows up together the configuration.
After this, the clipboard manager works again.

Version: 3.206

The steps to reproduce is:

  1. Trigger the shortcut to open Clipboard. Nothing will appear.
  2. Open the Configuration window. Now the clipboard appears together Configuration.
  3. Now the shortcut work as it would be.
