Describe the bug
Since past few months my clipboard manager is not working. The copied material is not appearing in clipboard manager for any app and hence not appearing in my touch bar as well. I have latest version of btt and I have tried solutions from other threads like giving btt full disk access and enabling clipboard manager for all apps (which was already enabled) as well as enabling it for individual apps. I have macbook pro 16" 2019 intel chip model.
Actually it's not working for any app. Clipboard manager is enabled for all of them. Here are screenshots for some of the apps I used most:

Do you have file ~/Library/Application Support/BetterTouchTool/BTTClipboardManager_20241210.sqlite ? I'm not sure if it will have the exact date 20241210, but at least to end at sqlite?
I don't have BetterTouchTool directory in Application Support and I can't find the file BTTClipboardManager_20241210.sqlite or similar in my entire Mac.
Hm, this is a default directory. Where is your BTT license stored? You should be able to locate it, if you open the sub-directory containing the preset like this:
Ok so I reinstalled btt and now I can find BetterTouchTool directory in the Application Support and there is a file named BTTClipboardManager_20241210.sqlite in it so what do I do from here? Btw clipboard manager is still not working, I checked again...
So once you trigger the clipboard manager (CM) it is empty like you mentioned in your first post or it is simply not opening? Also what's the size of this file? Do you maybe have some other clipboard app running? You can use dbeaver (community edition is fine) app to open this file and see if there are some entries:
if you want you can open the BetterTouchTool preferences and choose Help => Export Diagnostic Debug Information, then send the result to me (andreas@folivora.ai). That would allow me to check your settings (I can't think of many reasons why the clipboard manager would show up but not track anything).
The clipboard manager is opening but it's just empty. The size of this file is 57 KB. I am using KDE connect to share my clipboard with my android device. I am using it for a while but still I quit it and checked again with no success. Do let me know if I should uninstall it to check if it's causing any issues. Below is a screenshot of the file you requested
ah this is due to the way your Touch Bar preset adds the clipboard widget (it's in a disabled group which is being forced shown).
You can workaround it by either adding any other trigger to show the clipboard manager (e.g. a keyboard shortcut) or by upgrading to 5.260 alpha which I'm uploading now
After updating to new alpha version, the clipboard manager has finally started working. Thanks to both Andreas_Hegenberg and xidiot! You have been really patient and consistent with my issue. It was kinda a big deal for me so really thank you
