I like the BTT Clipboard in Launcher. I currently use CopyEm as a clipboard manager. Before switching to the BTT Clipboard, I would need to see certain features that I frequently use.
- ability to select multiple clips which leads to other features, for example ability to merge clips, ability to paste in order or reverse order.
- ability to PIN the clipboard, and once pinned, that BTT would generate a list of hotkeys for each clip as shown in the see ScreenShot below taken from CopyEm, and the ability to paste as text using a modifier key (for example shift + click on clip)

you can already select multiple, they will paste in the order you selected them (has always been possible )
Pinning is also possible already

Sorry: I can't figure out how to select multiple. I tried all modifiers (shift or ctrl or opt or cmd) + click on clip
It is using the macOS list defaults (cmd+click to select single items, shift+click to select a range). Do you maybe have any modifier click overrides configured in BTT?
If you use the clipboard manager UI from BTT's launcher it even displays the paste order :
I think that I was expecting the selected (cmd click) clip to be highlighted in the clipboard manager UI from BTT's launcher which it is not, according to my testing. I see the sequence numbering and sequential pasting as you describe. It's a bit confusing and highlighting the selected item would perhaps help the user (like me) who assumes that non highlighted means not selected.
Are you sure that shift click to select multiple works in the clipboard manager UI from BTT's launcher ? It does not work with me and I can't find a source of conflict with a BTT gesture
By the way, sequential pasting, PIN etc is there so sorry for my ill informed question
