Clipboard History on Touch Bar no longer updates automatically

Hi everyone,

I’ve been experiencing an issue for quite some time with a feature that I used very frequently.

I am using a MacBook Pro 2019 with Touch Bar, running macOS Sonoma 14.7.7 and BetterTouchTool 6.498.

I have the BTT Clipboard Manager displayed on the Touch Bar, showing the list of recently copied clipboard items. In the past, the list was updated automatically every time I copied something, which made it very convenient to reuse previously copied text.

However, for some time now, the clipboard history shown on the Touch Bar stops updating automatically. New copied items are not added to the list until I either:

  1. Change a setting in the Clipboard Manager preferences, or
  2. Quit and restart BetterTouchTool.

After doing either of these actions, the clipboard history update the history.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Is there any known workaround or setting I should check?
