Clipboard history no longer working

I have been using BTT for couple years now and have not come up on this issue before. For the last 4 days my clipboard history has stopped working. What this means is that the window pops up, but does not register the most recent copied item. I noticed that when I navigate into apps and go to the menu bar that for each app it says "Enable Clipboard Manager for this app" meaning that it is disabled for each app.

  1. when I press enable it does not enable
  2. The default should be that my clipboard manager is enabled for each app

Context: I also did recently switch to the newest Mac OS Sequoia so that could be a part of the issue... I am running Mac M3 Max Pro

Note:
Before bug reporting, please make sure you have tried the latest (alpha) version of BetterTouchTool and that you have already tried to restart your system :-). If you encounter a crash, please attach a crash log from the macOS Console.app from the "User Diagnostic Reports" section.

has it maybe somehow gotten disabled globally?

I was able to somewhat fix this by going into my Security & Privacy settings and allowing BTT Full Disk Access (this must have been reset when I updated my computer)
Then I had to go into each individual app to reenable it.

Do you have the experimental dropbox/icloud sync enabled in the BTT settings?

Oh my god, thank you so so much. I've been having this issue for the last few years, so I had to stop completely using the Clipboard Manager with BetterTouchTool. Literally could not find a solution until I read your recommendation and tried it, and it immediately fixed my issue.

Albeit my issue was different than this. My issue was, every time I would enable the clipboard manager, it would literally show up and freeze the entire application, so I had to literally force quit and restart for it to happen all over again. This happened even if the clipboard was empty.
