Ok, I updated BTT to the alpha version and built the buttons how I wanted, but they all had space around them, like the back button, even if margins and paddings were set to 0. I had to add margins to show like this. Maybe that is something that could be fixed.
But just from the appearance, it seems that this solved my problem.

You can set the default item spacing in the parent main menu:
