Describe the bug:
Changes in AppleScripts are saved, but the previous version is still executed. A restart does not help.
The only option is to delete the entry and create a new one.
Device information:
where are you configuring the apple scripts? And are you using them inline or as an external file?
And it’s really apple script, not JS?

The error was reported once before in 2022, but did not occur for me until now. But now it is permanent.

If you create a new one, does updating that one work or does it only work one time?
It only works once. After that, you have to create another action to make a change.
thanks for the details! A quick workaround might be to set it to „preset file“ instead of inline
