Change in window dimension are reset when moving the window

Note: alpha test has not been done (I am lazy and I prefer to warn you).

Describe the bug
Change window height / relative to screen works but is reset if I move the window using the mouse after. Same issue with width.

Affected input device: Keyboard (to trigger the resize), Trackbad MBP / magic (to move the window).
