i really want to be able to set my fanspeed via the touchbar eg having a button that maxes out fans, whenever i want them to.
this would be possible if istat menus included a feature to map keyboard shortcuts to their fan rule settings. unfortunately, they told me that i am the only one requesting this feature.
if you want to be able to trigger istat menus settings via the touchbar too, contact them via twitter. they respond pretty quick and we might get them to implement that feature. 
would be awesome.
