Capturing multiple screens does not expand file name format fields

I have a Macbook with an attached external screen. In the BT screenshot tool, I capture a whole screen screenshot with the following settings:

This creates two files on the desktop:

  • 0_Screenshot_{datetime}_{random}
  • 1_Screenshot_2018-09-14 18.17.07_69G7F5

That is, for the first screen ("0"), the format fields (datetime, random) in the file name aren't expanded.

Device information:

  • Type of Mac: MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2016, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports)
  • macOS version: 10.13.6 (17G65)
  • BetterTouchTool version: 2.635
