"Can't make a temporary directory for the update download.."

Describe the bug

Device information:

  • Type of Mac: MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2017)
  • macOS version: 10.15.1 (19B88)
  • BetterTouchTool version: 3.209 (1386)

This sounds like some file permission issue on your system. I'm not sure what could cause this, maybe try to repair file permissions: https://support.apple.com/el-cy/HT203538
Did you recently restore your machine from a backup or something like this?

Of course you can also download manually via https://folivora.ai/downloads, but that's not a permanent solution.
