Hi Team,
I cant seem to toggle the visibility of any of my floating menu's even the ones provided as examples.
I have it set to visibility on cmd, but have tried other modifiers similarly. Have also tried Toggle Menu visibility now option within the BTT window with no success and I can confirm they are enabled.

Hi, wich btt version are you running ?
Did you try to show up menu without the btt configuration opened ? It seems that since v5.516 the Floating menu don’t show up when btt configuration window is opened (in my case)
Can you share a menu that doesn't show for you? Maybe something is corrupted and causes it to be not renderable. Whether the BTT configuration is open or not should not make a difference in most configurations.
(Right-click the menu -> export selected triggers to file)
Weirdly it only sees to be a problem when I use the BTT download from the website. But if I open the Setapp version instead the ones I have on there are viewable.

could you export a menu that doesn't show up? Maybe something broke in the recent versions that are not yet on setapp. (However they all seem to show up fine here)
I half solved the problem!
It appears to only be an issue when "ctrl" is the selected modifier.. so my ctrl key must be programmed to something else?
actually Karabiner seems to think its not working triggering anything at all. So perhaps a hardware issues!

maybe it is remapped to "nothing" in System Settings => Keyboard => Keyboard Shortcuts => Modifier Keys
