Can't figure out Swipe Touch Screen on Stream Deck Plus

Hey! Have been playing around with BTT together with my Stream Deck Plus today. After reading a few posts on here I finally understood how to get buttons on the touch screen.

Now I was trying to figure out how to get the swipe to work, and it just wouldn't, no matter what I tried.

Has anybody tried this and what would be the correct work flow here? Thank you!

The short answer is that under the Stream Deck section of groups and top level triggers, you add a Stream Deck + Trigger and then select "Swipe Touch Screen".
Having done this, you can have this trigger run some BTT action(s).

Note 1: The BTT Swipe Touch Screen action doesn't seem to care if you swipe to the left or to the right. Swiping in the other direction to get a different action has been requested as a feature, if you want this then either create a new feature request or add a vote to one of the existing feature requests.

Note 2: If you want to use the swipe to "page" your streamdeck as the Elgato software does (swap in a new set of buttons for each swipe), then BTT provides minimal support for this. The closest thing that BTT has for this is the Stream Deck "Group". You can open a group using the BTT action "Open Stream Deck Group with Name", and you can close a group using the BTT action "Close currently open Stream Deck group".

Stream deck groups out of the box do not support either a sequence or a stack of groups, so if you want either of those you will have to roll your own.
(I did this using javascript, but it was pretty complicated.)

Note 3: BTT handles paging in a different way: if you add more BTT "buttons" to the streamdeck than the # of buttons on your streamdeck, then BTT will push some of the buttons to a new page and add -> and <- buttons to each page to allow you to navigate. This is probably a good answer for one of the original streamdecks with 32 or 15 buttons, but on an 8 button streamdeck+ (or Neo) the arrow keys use a lot of valuable space.
