There is an action for mute, so where is the opposite?

The Mute action is already a toggle! Perhaps it should be renamed for clarity.

there are two bugs.
- When first action is empty is Doing nothing (doesn't mute).
- cannot click the trash icon to delete the empty action. the only way to remove it is to drag it below the mute action.
Yeah, that's a bug. Perhaps file a separate bug report?
You have to move the "No Action" below the Mute action, then it should disappear.
