Cannot copy part of a cell in Excel

When I select part of the text in a cell in Excel and hit Ctrl-C, e.g. "Hello this is a test" (only selecting the last four words), the text is not captured by the BTT clipboard manager. Instead, it has "-".

I'm using a Mac M1 Max with Monterey 12.4 and BetterTouchTool version 3.821.

Workaround: This is fixed by selecting DISABLE Microsoft Office performance optimizations in the settings, but ideally it would work either way.

unfortunately that's necessary for some excel versions to not destroy their performance. I haven't tested with recent versions - maybe the "performance optimizations" are not really necessary anymore.

It would still work if you paste the item, just showing the preview is problematic.
