So, I have a new Mac, and there's a strong reason which prevents me from simply using Migration Assistant to migrate everything from old one to new one. One of the few applications that I do wish to migrate to new Mac completely - is BTT. Can I do it in a simple way? I.e. is there a preference file to copy to a specific folder? If there is, where is it?

You probably mean settings and triggers. If so, just export your presets and import them again.
