Bug: Can't toggle off "Create isolated new context for script execution" in "Run Real JavaScript"

It's not possible to toggle off the Create isolated new context for script execution setting in the Run Real JavaScript action.

What does "Create isolated new context for script execution" do in "Run Real JavaScript" action?
