This window was sent to me by BTT tech support.
But these are the only BTT windows available on my mac.
I am the only tech support and I haven’t sent that image, at least not since 2019. It shows the old UI which is not supported anymore.

If you mean, it opened when you clicked somewhere in the BTT settings - that‘s possible. The old UI can still be activated if required. However definitely no tech support from me was involved.
Tech support (me) can’t remote control your computer.
