BTT Stuck in a Crash Loop After Configuring Logitech Mouse

I’m attempting to set up my Logitech G502 with BTT on a Mac. It partially worked the first time, in that BTT successfully recognized the mouse, but when I tried to save the configuration changes I made, it fell into a crash loop. I know GHUB is incompatible with BTT and thought that might be the issue, so I uninstalled GHUB, reinstalled BTT, and tried again.

This time BTT doesn’t recognize my mouse at all, and when I tried to restart it (per the BTT instructions that a restart might be necessary when making Logitech changes), once again entered into a crash loop.

I uploaded the crash log from my first attempt to set up the mouse (before I uninstalled GHUB); for some reason, the crash loop I’m currently in isn’t generating a log.

The crashlog is from version 5.800 and this particular thing should already be fixed, have you already tried upgrading to a newer version?

If that doesn't help, quit BTT and to enter safe mode using the following terminal command, then remove the config:

defaults write com.hegenberg.BetterTouchTool BTTSafeModeEnabled YES

Thank you! The crash loop wasn’t letting me update, but reinstalling it from your file worked. The problem’s gone!
