The snap areas option is missing from my Macbook Pro M1 on Ventura 12.3. It works fine on my Macbook Pro M1 Pro on Ventura 12.3. I am also unable to excute snap area shortcuts.

If the option is missing, it means you have (maybe accidentally or by importing some preset), disabled the snap area feature:
