First time on this site so hopefully I’m in the right place to get this issue resolved. My Mac updated to ver 26.2 and now I can’t get BTT working. Below is the error. I don’t mind reinstalling from scratch. I don’t see any files in the location noted below so don’t know how to proceed. Thx.
You might have started an older BTT version than you had used before or the database has been corrupted.
If you don't mind installing from scratch, then just deleting the files in ~/Library/Application Support/BetterTouchTool while BTT is quit will be enough (go there via Finder => Go => Go to Folder, make sure to include the ~).
You could also first try whether this message also appears with the latest BTT builds. https://folivora.ai/releases/btt6.111-2026012703.zip
