BTT Not Enabling

I just updated BTT to the latest stable. It says its disabled, but I can't find a toggle to enable it in BTT settings. I do have the system preferences menu bar item enabled, and it's also enabled in accessibility.

I can't get that icon up in the menu bar, even if I enable it in system settings.

Menu bar icon enabled. Oddly pink though. Even if I enable for all apps, it says disabled in the menu bar and also in BTT config.

I reverted one version back, and all is normal again. I guess I'll pass the current version.
