BTT Keeps on crashing when i'm on cubase

Using Sonoma 14.4, Cubase 13.5.
BTT mimic several keycommand in cubase, but it's crashing all the time.
"Crash report" on the console is empty.
What to do?

if crash report in the console app is empty, it might not be a real crash (it really should list any crashes there). Maybe part of the action quits BTT somehow?

So it suddenly quits, without any message. and i need to reopen it manually, and then it quits again and again. suggestions?

almost sounds like it is killing itself on purpose. Have you tried downloading a fresh copy? This could happen if the code signature is broken or something else is corrupted. In such cases BTT would quit itself immediately.

If you want you can go to help-> export diagnostic debug information and send the result to andreas@folivora.ai, then I can check whether there is anything in the logs

Thanks, i've removed completely BTT and downloaded a fresh one, and it's still happening, even without any key commands added yet.
i've sent that diagnostics export to your email.

I looked at your logs and they indeed look quite weird. I can see that BTT is getting quit constantly (and then tries to restart). However it doesn't seem to be BTT itself that does the killing :-/

Can you think of any other app that might actively try to quit BTT? I have no idea what it could be, but I also can't find anything weird in your setup that could cause this, especially without generating a crashlog.

probably unrelated, but what kind of key did you record here?

I can't find any reference to that key code

I guess it's Shift + F16?
But anyway the program crashes with a completely empty instance. so that's unrelated.
