BTT doesn't stay awake after monitor turns on

Describe the bug
After updating to 2.660 yesterday BTT no longer stays stays awake and has to restart after my monitor goes dark and I turn it back on.

Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.):
I'm using a 2010 MacBook Pro, magic trackpad and keyboard, 10.13.6 (latest OSX for my version of the MBP).

  • Type of Mac: 2010 MacBook Pro
  • macOS version: 10.13.6
  • BetterTouchTool version: 2.660

Note: Before bug reporting, please make sure you have the latest version of BetterTouchTool and that you have already tried to restart your system :-). If you encounter a crash, please attach a crash log from the macOS Console.app from the "User Diagnostic Reports" section.

BTT is supposed to restart after sleep, so if I understand correctly this is intended behavior.
