BTT becomes inactive if I open preference pane

Describe the bug
BTT becomes inactive when I open the preference window. That is, I open the preference pane (even if I do not modify anything) , close it....and BTT is not active any more. See the vedio in the link below

It only comes back when I quit BTT and reopen it.

weird, are your Touch Bar triggers defined globally?

No, the one on the video are "safari" specific. I have no global triggers!

in that case they will only be shown while Safari is active :slight_smile:

What would you expect it to show while BTT is active?

When using the new UI preview you can emulate the Touch Bar of the selected app in the App list:

Darn it! You are right. The safari window does not become active automatically, I have to click on it. False Alarm. LOL!
