BTT 3.581 - magic mouse clicks bug ?!?

After the latest BTT alpha 3.581 update I noticed that left clicks with my Magic Mouse (2) are often not registered. I updated the app two days ago and at the since it has so many time happened that I had to click the mouse 2x or 3x for the click to be registered. When I turn BTT off everything seems to be all right. I also switched to old Magic Mouse (1 - with the AA batteries inside the belly) and experiencing the same issues. Please note that I did not change any settings in the BTT app that may affect the functionality and also did not create any new triggers. And one more thing I noticed - the issue is not only mouse clicks but also mouse taps (I have left tap assigned to left mouse click).

BetterTouchTool 3.826 is missing / eating mouse clicks, happens in latest Alpha

EDIT: it DOES happen in Alpha, too. Perhaps less often. I want to say this was really, really disconcerting and hard to pin down and I think you should release the Alpha release ASAP because this drove me insane. Right-click choose menu (like empty trash) and about 50% of the time it would miss the click and I'd have to redo it. Honestly, I thought I was going crazy until I quit BTT and it completely stopped happening. And it happened on 2 machines (work, home).
