Describe the bug

I have set up a trigger for "Bluetooth LE Device Moved Away", simply to lock the screen of my Macbook when my iPhone moved away.
All worked well. I then decided to add to it to call one of my Apple Shortcuts which simply speaks the word "Goodbye"
When i walked away from my MacBook, it locked and spoke out "Goodbye"
However it kept saying Goodbye over and over.
I need a way so that the action only runs when the screen is unlocked. Is there a way to do this? I was thinking of trying the "Advanced Condition" on the Trigger, so it only actions if the foremost app isn't screen saver? But not sure what value to set it to.
Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.):
