Running Sonoma 14.6.1 on a 2018 Mac Mini. Just downloaded the trial version of BetterTouchTool. When I opened the app I get this:
Any help using the free trial?

I don't see "preferences" or "help" in any of the drop down menus when I try to open the app. Where do I find this diagnostic info?
Also discovered a second issue: while I had the app open to look for preferences, the scroll ring on my Kensington trackball would not work. Once I closed the app, it began to work normally. Does this app disable the scroll ring?
no, BTT does not disable the scroll ring.

weird, then my best guess would be that you had already had it installed sometime during the last 6 years. But I can have a look if you send the logs to me:
I can't get to the window you're showing with the help dropdown. All it gives me is one window:
If you can give me another way to get to that bug info, I'm happy to send it.
first click on "close & disable BTT", then you can access it via the menubar icon
Ok - when I clicked "close and disable BTT" it appears the demo is working.
The UI will work, but it won't execute any actions if it thinks the trial has ended ;-(
