Custom Touch Bars for apps that use Conditional Activation Groups are not visible when the setting is set to Show BetterTouchTool & Show macOS Control Strip.

When the configuration is set to Show BetterTouchTool & Show macOS Control Strip, the Touch Bar shows for a split second before disappearing. I've discovered that having the app opened while right clicking an icon on the dock & showing the context menu makes the Touch Bar visible, but when you click away back to the app it disappears again.
The Touch Bar is visible when Show BetterTouchTool & Hide macOS Control Strip is selected, but in my experience not consistently.
