BetterTouchTool is currently disabled (see below)

Sometimes happened when laptop wakes up from sleep. I look for same problem in the community, but still doesn't work for me, I have tried:

  1. delete license in the folder :~/Library/Application Support/BetterTouchTool, and then import again
  2. I didn't enable cloud sync any time before.

How can I solve it?

Your logs seem to show that syncing is active. Make sure to disable it here:

I have already unchecked "Enable Sync" as you can see in your picture. Is that wrong?

Still doesn't work nearly every time wake up from sleep. If I try to move BTT completely, maybe solve it out? Before I used "App Cleaner & Uninstaller" to remove BTT, is that right way to clean?

I uninstall BTT again and reinstall it, still doesn't work when wake up from sleep sometimes.

But this morning, it's weird, even though BTT menu shows "BetterTouchTool is currently disabled (see below)", but everything works.

Could you please help me solve the problem? It's not a pleasant way to restart every time wake up from sleep.

I am also having this happen recently. Most of the times I did not see any disabled message in the menu, though I did just now, I've packaged debug logs up and sent it to your email @Andreas_Hegenberg — I have restart on wake set enabled:

I will try with it off. I don't have sync enabled. A manual restart always makes BTT work fine.

Finally I installed BTT on a new M4 mac, no disabled message appeared again. I don't know exactly reason.
