BetterTouchTool fails to load at login. I'm forced to launch it manually at every startup.
have you enabled launch on startup in the BTT settings?
Yes, that's the first thing I check. Then I go to System Settings and navigate to Login Items where it does appear.
strange, I can’t think of many reasons why it wouldn’t start if it is enabled in the BTT settings (System Settings is not relevant, BTT will set that automatically if it’s enabled in the settings)
Maybe some other app interfering?
Issue persists. Could this be due to frequent BTT version updates? Your thoughts?
maybe it’s crashing on launch? You could check in the macOS console app under „crash logs“ and see whether there are any for BetterTouchTool
Do you maybe have any „on launch“ triggers configured in BTT?
Nothing in the Crash Log. No triggers configured in BTT. I did a reboot just now and BTT launched fine. I'll wait and see what happens between now and the next version update.
