BetterTouchTool doesn't always auto-update

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
Very often, checking for new versions under "Check for Regular Updates" returns a message saying there are no updates, yet checking online shows me there is an update (and not a beta).

Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.):

Device information:

  • Type of Mac: iMac, MacBook Pro
  • macOS version: 10.13.4
  • BetterTouchTool version: 2.507 (845)

Note: Before bug reporting, please make sure you have the latest version of BetterTouchTool and that you have already tried to restart your system :-). If you encounter a crash, please attach a crash log from the macOS Console.app from the "User Diagnostic Reports" section.

Where did you check online? 2.507 is still an alpha but in final testing, this is when I already let new users download it but don't push it to all existing users yet.

My bad. I must be looking at alpha updates.
