Bettertool not working on PDF and Google Docs

Hi,
BettertouchTool has surprisingly not been working on PDF documents and in google docs.
I configured it to use a one-touch on the middle mouse to open the Mac dictionary and find the definition of a word I click on.
I reported this some 2-3 years ago without any response. This configuration works on almost all other apps in my system except those 2. Has anything changed and does it now work in other people's systems? Mine does not. Any workaround?
I use MacBookPro 2018, MacOS Monterey always up to date, Adobe Acrobat, and all other programs up to date.
Note: Bettertouch is such a good program and I hope you could get it to work in those programs, please.

For Google Docs this is expected, it is rendering it's content in a non-accessible canvas, thus lookup will not work here. However PDFs in the Apple Preview app should work fine, are you using any other PDF app?

Nein, I m not using any other pdf program apart from Adobe Acrobat.

And it doesn't work for you in the preview app? (I don't know about Acrobat?

Are you using the "Lookup word under cursor" action in BTT?
