BetterSnapTool not snapping properly:

unfortunately the only way to resolve this, is to restart your Mac. Sometimes the macOS window server gets confused after upgrading to a new macOS version.
exact same problem here. Re-booting did not help

Same for me, I've tried rebooting multiple times and still no luck.
I just recently upgraded to Monterey and this is when all the issues started.
The "RubberBandView" that highlights how the window should be resized/positioned is working correctly...but once I release the mouse button, the window is not resized/positioned.
