Seems that there is a known issue with BetterSnapTool and Dragon Dictate. Does anyone have a work around that they know of?
Unfortunately Dragon Dictate breaks most window snapping apps because it does some very stupid things.
You could try BetterTouchTool instead - I have tried to add a workaround recently but haven't been able to test it yet with Dragon Dictate. Would be interesting to know whether it works, then I'll also add the workaround to BetterSnapTool.
BetterSnapTool includes a free standard license for BetterTouchTool (which contains all BetterSnapTool features :-))
