Better Touch Tools Crash Loop

I was trying out the new alpha release with some Touch Bar settings. Some configuration I tried started to cause a crash and reboot loop.

I reinstalled the stable release but now BTT never seems to open.

Any ideas? I'd rather not lose my custom config, but if there's no other way to get it working.

you can try to open it using the old configuration ui. However it would be great if you could send me the debug logs.
In the old UI they are available via the about tab -> export debug information.

This will create a folder called BetterTouchToolDebug on your desktop, you can send that to Andreas@folivora.ai

Which version are you using exactly?

I've installed the latest stable release version, but now it does not open.

I can't access any of the BTT menu's

Thanks Andreas, that seems to have done the trick.

Looking at the config it reminded me that the fixed button length is what caused the crash originally.
