Better Snap Tool sends Numlock to Parallels VM running Windows 7 when holding left mouse down

Describe the bug

Better Snap Tool V 1.9

In the VM Windows 7 I see two cursors when click the left mouse and hold for about 1 sec. There's a offset of 1 inch between these two cursors. Strange behavior. Following this with a right click will return to a single cursor, but now cursor shifts randomly a few inches. Note a Click then holding is common gesture to enter a "panning mode" to move an object to a new location.

CLUE
When this occurs the left click is sent followed by a repeated series on NUMLOCK key codes as the left mouse button is held down

Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.):

On a common Mouse Left Click and hold, I've seen the identical behavior on 2 different mice, different brands and drivers. Same odd behavior
