seems like BBT is interferes with LogiTech Options on my M720 mouse.

Processor: 3 GHz Intel Core i7
Memory: 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

61-inch (3840 x 2160)
Intel Iris 1536 MB graphics

Mouse speed starts to drag randomly; when I start to move mouse it drags very slowly. When I quit BBT issues ceases
This just started happening since I upgraded to Catalina last Sunday.
