Is it possible to have the window under the curso to be activated so you don't have to click to activate the window?

That's not possible with BTT.

Well, you could create a repeating trigger that brings it to front, but I would not recommend to do that - not sure what side effects this could cause.

Thanks for quick reply.
I think I'm gonna skip this and just found that I can hold down CMD to avoid double click so I'll go with that solution
