Please add ability to assign Preset to a specific app: Main preset - for browsers and messagers, Text preset - for Text editors, etc.

You can add apps or conditional activation groups (which can match many apps) via the + button on the very bottom left corner in the left side bar.
Ok, I added applications to the conditional activation group, and configured the trigger buttons for this group. But buttons for my conditional activation group are displayed with buttons for All Apps group, but I do not need it. How to display buttons only for my conditional activation group, without buttons for All Apps?
You can either use the display order option to show these buttons first, or you can use this option:
