I think it's caused by the "Mission Control - Swipe UP with Three Fingers" gesture. If you disable that and instead configure it in BTT you'll be able to move your mouse

This is what I was looking for thanks to you guys especially @9dpbQ , I just added one last action to fix the issue of CTRL getting stuck (using mouse not trackpad though), I have attached an image @Dopafiend please test and let me know, i'm using Vivaldi but it should be the same.
Here is my perfectly working configurations. Listed one does not work for me. It keep shift key pressed after switching tab.
