"App under mouse cursor" is not working

Describe the bug

I have the "Select predefined action or keyboard shortcut" action assigned to "Drawings/Mouse Gestures", but the "app under mouse cursor" option has stopped working since version 6.446, though it functions correctly when rolled back to version 6.443.

Device information:

  • Type of Mac: M5 MacBook Air
  • macOS version: macOS Tahoe 26.4.1
  • BetterTouchTool version: 6.465
