It would be useful to create folders to organize apps and CAGs in the side-bar, so we could have a better view of them and focus in the task we are doing.
It would also be useful to have the ability of re-ordering the apps, the CAGs, and the folders not only by the name. We could just drag them along the side-bar and order them as we want (or with an order field in the App Specific Settings window).
We could create folders using the bottom menu:
