Describe the bug
I purchased the license for this app and it doesn't even open anymore... How can I contact for a refund because this app is sooo finicky, not worth the money at all!

Device information:
- Type of Mac: Pro Retina Mid 2015
- macOS version: 10.14.2
- BetterTouchTool version: Dont even know because the app can't open!

Note: Before bug reporting, please make sure you have the latest version of BetterTouchTool and that you have already tried to restart your system :-). If you encounter a crash, please attach a crash log from the macOS Console.app from the "User Diagnostic Reports" section.
