When I try to activate my gestures using a trackpad, they now pop up with this menu instead of triggering. Does anyone know how to disable this?
The only recent change might have been the update or that I connected a magic mouse to my device.

This seems to be a conflict menu. You have assigned the same trigger to several actions, so BTT asks what you want to execute. Just change the triggers. 
Thanks for your help, Frank! Just deleted them and it worked! For some reason, I had 3 duplicates of all my previous gestures.
