For some reason, it might be due to many settings, and button assignments. Things will work greate, but in some occasions, I have to quit and reopen BTT in order to get a combo or shortcut to function again.
Sometimes BTT just stops working, causing issues and undesired or unexpected button pressing. I don’t know how to duplicate it, but it most of the times it happens if I take screenshots, mostly BTT will stop if screenshots are open.
