all shortcuts gone after applying license and downgrading to older version

is there a way to restore everything? I had soooo many shortcuts but now I have zero....

I think I have everything on my old mac so not the end of the world

try Help -> Restore Settings From Backup

(alternatively upgrade again to the new version, then export your preset)
